What Next after LIC AAO Prelims 2023
After clearing the LIC AAO Prelims 2023, candidates will have to appear for the next stage of the recruitment process, which is the LIC AAO Mains Exam. The LIC AAO Mains Exam is an online objective and descriptive test, consisting of multiple sections such as reasoning ability, quantitative aptitude, general knowledge & current affairs, computer knowledge, and English language with special emphasis on drafting, essay writing, and comprehension.
Candidates who qualify for the Mains exam will be called for the final stage of the recruitment process, which is the Personal Interview. The personal interview is designed to assess the candidate’s overall personality, communication skills, and suitability for the role of Assistant Administrative Officer.
After the successful completion of the above stages, the final merit list will be prepared based on the candidate’s performance in the Mains Exam and the Personal Interview.
