Bank of Baroda AO Recruitment Selection Process
The Bank of Baroda (BOB) selects candidates for the post of Administrative Officer (AO) through a selection process that consists of three stages:
- Online Exam: The first stage of selection is an online exam, which is conducted in two parts – Objective and Descriptive. The Objective test assesses the candidate’s knowledge in areas such as Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, and English Language, while the Descriptive test evaluates their writing skills.
- Group Discussion: Candidates who clear the online exam are called for a Group Discussion (GD) round. The GD round assesses the candidate’s ability to work in a team, communication skills, and knowledge of current affairs.
- Personal Interview: The final stage of selection is a Personal Interview (PI) round. In this round, the candidate’s overall personality, communication skills, and domain knowledge are evaluated.
The final selection is based on the candidate’s performance in all three stages of the selection process, i.e., online exam, GD, and PI. Candidates who clear all three stages of the selection process are offered the post of Administrative Officer at the Bank of Baroda.
